We split our sessions into two key types, providing you the opporuntiy and flexibility to book in on the time and type of training that suits you on any given day.
GROUP PT.
Group personal training provides an optimal balance between strength, mobility and cardiovascular fitness. In simple terms, expect to be stronger, fitter and more mobile as a result of regular attendance. We cap our sessions to an 8:1 member to coach ratio so that you have all of the guidance and support that you need to maximise results, feel safe and supported so that you’re never lost in the crowd.
ENGINE.
For those with an appetite for chest thumping heart rates and a bit of friendly competition, Engine is designed to be a great compliment to your Group PT sessions. It’s your opportunity to build a bigger cardiovascular base, burn some calories and earn some endorphins without the recovery demand that strength training can bring.
