Well established, still pushing forward.
Fortified is a well-established group personal training gym in Buckingham town centre, launched back in late 2018. We've had time to learn what works: the systems and processes that let our team feel supported, appreciated, and properly resourced to deliver great coaching, day in and day out.
How we work
We keep our focus narrow on purpose. Every decision gets tested against three things. If it makes us better at one, we back it. If not, we leave it alone.

The team you'd be joining
Small, experienced, invested in each other.
Fortified's coaching team is small, experienced, and genuinely invested in each other's development, not just members' results. You'd work alongside our Owner, Gym Manager, three other full-time coaches, and our in-house chiropractor, all pursuing their own mastery of the craft. Standards are high, but so is the support to meet them.
Key responsibilities
Deliver 20–25 group personalised training sessions per week
Manage a designated cohort of members, ensuring results, support, and accountability
Attend weekly team meetings, learning workshops, and programme walkthroughs
Contribute to other gym targets (sales calls, content creation) where your skills align
Foster a positive and motivating environment for all members
Report to the Gym Manager, with mentorship from the senior coaching team
Who we're looking for
Requirements
1+ year of coaching experience (newly qualified coaches may not be considered)
Strong communication skills and customer-facing experience
A genuine commitment to the craft of coaching
Ideal candidate
Sees coaching as a long-term pursuit of mastery, not a stopgap
Wants to be surrounded by a team on the same path, pushing each other to get better
A team player focused on delivering exceptional customer service
